HeYi Hotel located at CaoBao Lu 124 in Shanghai, it´s shown as a five star hotel. The breakfast is really not like that. The strong and not pretty nice smell of the kitchen is in whole hotel. The rooms are small, but ok. The room service only changed the towels everyday and made the bed, but don’t filled the used equipment, like soap, shower gel, shampoo, bottle of water,…… The room was never cleaned for four weeks, once I tock the vacuum cleaner and cleaned the carpet, the room service seems was happy that I did it by myself. I really cannot understand how it´s possible that this hotel got five stars? For my experience maximum two stars would be enough! This was my first and last time stay in this hotel. There are a lot of other hotels in Shanghai with better service and for the same price. (Wahlbayer, 15-04-2012) 1

Big fan of the Element Fresh. I was never disappointed by the huge and fresh salads that they serve! Especially the Primavera salad in which i add chicken and the miso yoghourt sauce (just delicious!!) (panderique, 27-03-2012) 4

A nice place to stay, low cost apartments in the city center, but quite well equipped. A special surprise, not common for China: There was a baking oven in the kitchen! Missing the good bread in China, here I could bake my own "original German bread"! A special praise for the Hotel bar: The friendly service there let you feel at home! Amazing and impressive even from the ground. Especially in the evening the tower is illuminated in wunderful changing colors. Great Lightshow! You should enjoy it on a boat from the river! Impressive is the platform in the second pearl with a floor made of glass, so that you are virtually standing in the air, having an extraordinary view across the city. Also good: inside there is a small museum giving a rough overview about Shanghai's history. Furthermore there is even a little rollercoaster inside the tower. (okamitsuki, 16-01-2012) 5
