This is a great place to go if you're craving a good hamburger. I am not American but I do enjoy meat and bacon and I completely recommend this restaurant. Food is great, and the staff is really nice to you all the time. It's like you're a guest at their house and they want you to have the best experience possible while you're there.Pros: the biergarten is great in the warm months, and you don't have to pay for parking.Cons: there are limited parking spots and you may have to park in a nearby street. I would give no stars if I could.Every time my husband and I went to see a movie in ZKM we went to Jaroon's before or after the movie to eat some good burgers in a nice restaurant.But our last 2 times there were not a good experience.First there was this time when we were there at 11p.m. and they were closing the kitchen, so they urged us to order, even dessert, because they wanted to close everything - despite the fact that the website says it closes at 1 a.m. We were with a couple of friends and I'm not sure about their food but ours was cold and the meat was a little overdone. The dessert arrived halfway through the meal. What???Then the last time we were there they didn't allow the two of us to seat at a large table. They put us in a tiny table and as we were waiting for the waitress we decided to leave and go to American Diner Durlach instead. Food, atmosphere and service are way better over there! This is, in my opinion, the best Turkish restaurant in town. The food is amazing, the portions huge, and the prices low. No reservations are necessary, and the staff is friendly, if sometimes a bit slow. (helenkaneu, 12-10-2010) 5

Langsam, unfreundlich und nicht immer sehr sauber. Bin nach einer schlechten Erfahrung vor einiger Zeit nun mal wieder hingegangen um dem BK nochmal eine Chance zu geben. Leider wieder ein Reinfall .. Nach 10min anstehen bei sehr wenig Betrieb bin ich dann gegenüber zur Konkurrenz gegangen...schade,eigentlich habe ich BK lieber aber in KA scheint irgendwas nicht zu stimmen. Wirklich schade... Das Restaurant ist klein und gemütlich, die Karte klein, aber es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Lediglich die Bedienungen inkl. Chefin waren zwar sehr engagiert, aber wirkten leider etwas planlos. Die Abzüge bei den Sternen gibt es für die sehr lange Wartezeit auf das Essen (ca. 45 min).
