The food is good but overpriced for what you get. Over 10 Euro for a bowl of soup (pho bo)... I've paid 7 euro for a bigger portion that was tastier and much more generous with the herbs at the place on Maistrasse. The smooth metal chop sticks made it nearly impossible to eat... Everything slid off and everyone was struggling with them. Very frustrating! The restaurant is decorated like the lowest deck of a ship, dark and cozy but it is very loud. Of the 4 waitresses serving us, one was competent. The other three spoke too quietly for the sound level in the restaurant and one was unbelievably rude, getting visibly agitated (rolling eyes, look of death) after nobody took notice of her three whispered attempts to take our drink orders. Maybe the place should invest in some assertiveness training for their wait staff. This was my second visit. The first time I enjoyed myself but a bit turned off by the slightly arrogant air of the serving staff. After my second visit I don't expect to return anytime soon... As a burger lover, I am always on the lookout for a great burger in Munich. My idea of a perfect burger would be one that is fresh (not frozen) and above all thick all-beef patty, good flavor, cooked to order on an open flame/grill, and a bun that can hold up under the juices. I was told to give Feuerberg a try, as they have good burgers. The burger here was decent at best. Meat was good, flame-grilled, patty much too thin, not cooked to order (with a patty that skinny there us nothing between rare and done). When will a decent burger place open up in Munich? Beer at affordable prices, food a bit lackluster. Service business-like and generally fast. Atmosphere slightly grungy inside, and plenty of outdoor seating. I used to come here often years ago and after venturing back last week I was a bit disappointed at the quality of the food... just a bit on the boring side. Ordered a warm appetizer plate. Feta was unbelievably salty, as was most of the rest of the stuff (fish cream, fried eggplant-and plenty of it-, calamari and zucchini.) I was looking for a good hairdresser in Munich since months. Finally a friend of mine gave me this address, and I can just confirm what she said, they are absolutely fantastic. The color and the styling are perfect, they are kind and friendly. You couldn't ask anything better. The price is in the average. I higly recommend them to everybody in need of real professionists. Typisch Anfängerfehler! Ist doch klar, dass man zu einer Reitstunde (!) rechtzeitig erscheinen sollte. Schließlich ist ein Pferd kein Fitnessgerät, sondern ein Lebewesen, um das man sich mit Ruhe und Geduld kümmern sollte. Kein Wunder, dass auch erfahrene Reitlehrer angenervt sind, wenn immer wieder Leute kommen, die Null Ahnung haben und denken, sie könnten reiten, nur weil sie schon mal im Urlaub hinter dem Reit-Guide hergeritten sind. Auf die letzte Minute erscheinen und dann wohl noch verspannt auf dem Pferd sitzen - man hatte ja keine Gelegenheit, sich erst mal mit dem Tier anzufreunden! - das passiert leider in jeder Reitschule x mal am Tag. Frau Drill Instructor geht es in den Stunden darum, die ersthaften Reiter professionell zu fördern - schließlich sind wir nicht beim Ponyreiten auf der Auer Dult. Wir haben eine schöne Vereinsgemeinschaft und können auf Leute gut verzichten, die eine Extrawurst verlangen und sich nicht langsam in eine neue Gemeinschaft eingliedern können.
