Good beer. Good music. Good vibe.  REALLY freaking good burgers and EXCELLENT chile.  The place is quite international, very friendly, and always entertaining.  If you find yourself several there in the wee hours of the morning asking where the last several hours have gone by, it is easy enough to stumble home to just about anywhere in Nürnberg, and it is right next to the subway, a couple hundred meters away from the trams and buses, and a nightliner stop so you don't have to worry about those pesky polizei throwing you in jail and taking away your license.  They have been adding some dishes to the menu recently, not all of which I have tried, but haven't been disappointed yet.  And you can enjoy yourself without wondering where all of your poor money went! OMG the worst sushi I ve had in a long time. And the prices?? The sushi rice was fridge cold, no vinegar in it. Fish could ve Been more fresh and a bit more of it. We were warned that the tour would be in German, they don t do any tours in English, but then it was our group of 4 people and one more person, none of us were German speaking. So the guide did it in English anyway. Despite her apologising for her bad English it was great. The tour follows the book about the hitler relics. if you re interested in WW2, history of Nuremberg this is a good place to visit. There s only 1 tour per day. (fineschmeckerin, 30-04-2012) 5

An extra star for the service. Family run and very italian. Food was average, portions were unusually small for Germany. We had a vegetarian pizza, it wasn't on the menu but asked for a veggie option. They put a mix of veg on there. The base was wafer thin and cruspy. The spaghetti bolognese was very average. It's a dining experience! It is pricey and portions are small. The food looks beautiful and it s all well cooked, and has elements of surprise to it. But taste wise it was a little disappointing. And it was cold. I coulnt fit 3 courses so, had one of the weekly specials consisting of 100 grams of fish and a little artichoke and one strand of spaghetti. I had a dessert: chocolate surprise. The smallest chocolate cake I ve ever seen. It looked like a chocolate fondant but it was filled with a bit of white gloopy stuff. There was 1 scoop of ice cream that was partially melted. The flavour was unidentifyable. The element of surprise was an egg shell filled w pistachio flavoured soft meringue and orange. It was served like a boiled egg. I enjoyed the surprise but the actual flavours didnt really work for me. the flammkuchen was amazing. crepes were more like a crispy wafer than a pancake. (fineschmeckerin, 01-04-2012) 3
