This particular Mcdonald's has the worse service. No matter if you go in or through the drive-up window the wait is horrendous. They are always out of food! How can they screw up a step-by-step "kit" Ceasar salad? Well, the grilled chicken is dry and the lettuce is wilted and passed its freshness time. I have been to this particular site as it is on my way out of my village onto the A-3 highway and it is always the same story. Well, I should give them all 5 star for the "I don't care shitty attitude"! Any fast food restaurant in the states would of offer you something on the house for causing you any inconvenience...then again we are in a "service desert" here and a place where the majority need a personality implant. Very nice restaurant with seasonal menu, good wines and very friendly service. The events all over the year are definitely worth a visit - book a hotel room there simultaneously to avoid leaving the cozy location too early. The chef knows a lot about the regional food culture & always has time for a chat. Great food, terrible service! The waiter made an error when taking our order, and when the wrong dish came he was very persistent that we eat what he brought regardless. We requested the dish we had ordered, and they came back quickly with a poor quality version of our order, which was watery and tasteless. When the rechnung came they had not charged us for the incorrect meal, so I went ahead to pay with my Sparkasse card, and when I was about to put in my passcode I noticed suddenly the price had increased ten euros! I called over the waiter, and he said he had made a second mistake, accidentally including the erroneous meal!
