Einen Punkt für das Warnsystem des Personal, an eine Mutter die im Halteverbot stand!Ich friere so Gut wie nie,leider musste ich meinen Schal &Jacke mit an den Tisch nehmen, so kalt war es im Lokal !(Teller)auch. 2Gleiche Gerichte die sehr Unterschiedlich waren Menge & Zutaten! First time at that restaurant which was recommended to me... But... The food quality compared to the price was not good. Starter ok, main dish ney.. Fish was so so.. Noodle dish very bad. Overcooked and trueffel tasted of chlorine! (they claimed it as expensive earth taste) We gave back the dishes and nobody was appologizing. Only alternative dish was offered. But after waiting 1hour for the main dish nobody felt like ordering a new dish. All in all..it used to be good place but after today with that kind of poor service and food quality not recommendable at all (jinahsong, 17-12-2011) 1

If you are looking for a nice local restaurant with good food, good drink and good atmosphere then go no further! The local drink is the cider, sweet or 'sour' (dry) and if you are lucky you will also get a complimentary home made schnapps with your bill. The food is all fresh cooked and there is a specials board. Several local specialities on the menu including my favourite 'handkase', a raw young cheese served with onion, caraway seed and dark bread. On the menu as a starter but try it after your main course. Good English is spoken. On the right night you might end up finding yourself singing 'What shall we do with a drunken sailor' with the local church choir! Within easy walking distance of the train if you need to get back into Frankfurt. Unpretentious, friendly and fun with good quality. My favourite place to chill out in the Frankfurt area.
