There was no possibility to get a different appetizer than that one on the very small paper (you couldn’t call it card). Only a little tin of Glutamat-meat-soup (without any bread, of course). The main courses you could choose between 5 different offers. The dessert, same procedure as the appetizer (only one). No card for different wines and aperitifs. The servants, only men between 30 and 60, a curious picture to see them all run, nearly without any coordination.
I’m sure, they will close very soon.

Sehr ordentliches Essen. Vorspeisensat und (Beilagen-)Gratin waren etwas “gewöhnlich”, aber alle Gerichte waren von hoher Qualität. Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service.

It’s a nice cinema but it is a little bit small.

Pleasant atmosphere, good cappuccino. Service was nice, but took a while – somewhat under-staffed maybe.

If you look for some IT-security-system then Bosch is the adress for you to go. Bosch owns very efficient hardwaresystems and a great service for you to sample.

If you don’t care about very long waits, average service, then this place mighty be worth a try. I waited about an hour fo my 4 makis + 4 makis. The lady at the table voiced her criticism about not receiving a menu or enough sushi. Seldom have I see such bad service. Please do yourself a favour and visit the best sushi place in town – Best Friends Sushi!!!

Excellent Japanese restaurant with good quality food (fish). For sure on of the best sushi places I've been to in Germany. Service is very attentive, maybe a little bit too much ;) Variety is very extensive even including ramen and udon noodles. Prices are very good value -not too cheap and not too exspensive.

In short: Your average brunch place, nothing spectacular. Tendency to wait a long time on the waiters to serve you.

Definitiv die beste Currywurst Bochums.

My second impression after 2 years, and it seems that the chef is a new one. Very good sushi/maki/wasabi, but other dishes are totally non-japanese...fried coated fish in a sour tomato sauce worthy of napoli...steak was ok, but over done and tasteless, the teriyaki sauce not the best. One good thing, u get hot towels for starters. Friendly staff, but a bit slow. The chef does the sushi bar, two other guys work in the separate kitchen where fried things are made. Miso very thin. Altogether, it's not what I expected from rumors, but I guess u need to try the dinner menu with more options.

Ibis is a large budget chain, always with clean rooms and comfortable beds. I would give it a higher score in terms of value but I had a room hotel and it was very noisy , with the bus station right outside my bedroom window .

Overall, good price, polite staff, clean rooms but asked for room at back of hotel.
