We have released this API so you can build something useful, fun and genuinely innovative using our data. But to ensure that users are aware of where this information originates, we have put together some brand guidelines that we would ask you to read carefully.
Please take a look at the guidelines, adapted to the way you use the API.
Qype cannot be the first word of the name of your app, but you can use it elsewhere, for example 'Places from Qype'. Please don't link any word that includes the word Qype, e.g. MyQype. And, of course, be careful to spell Qype correctly.
All applications must integrate a text link to qype.co.uk and the Qype logo (or another design approved by Qype). If you are using reviews from our users, you need to mark them with the specific name of the author.
The logo is available in two versions. A primary and a secondary logo version.
The primary logo must be at least 100px wide:

The secondary logo should only be used when space is restricted. For example, in mobile applications. This logo shouldn't appear any smaller than 16px.

All data implemented via the API needs to be updated regularly (at least once a week).
A detailed version of the API T&C’s can be found here.
