Food is not terrific but it's the premises which makes it worth the visit; in the heart of the medieval town of Tallinn, this is indeed a medieval restaurant where everything matches: the decoration (looks like an old stall or barn), the uniforms of the waiters... It's not by far the kind of place where you had the best meal ever ever but for once in your life: let yourself go and admire more the decoration than the food. You will not regret it. Yes a very nice Location th have Party. I was there on 29 of September @ the Concert of UDO from Germany. The Drinks are not to expensive i think and the people are nice. During Concerts you can sit on wooden chairs or banks and listen to the music. I think the Music was not so loud aus in other Clubs. To come to the RockCaffee you must take Tram no 2 or 4 till station Lubja and than about 500m up the Hill. (voreifelrambo, 01-10-2011) 4

the location of the hotel is PERFECT cause is at the beginning of the Old Town City. the rooms are very clean and the breackfast is complete. i doesn't give 5 stars 'cause in tge bathroom a real shower box misses.. so the water is on all the bathroom's floor. the staff is very friendly and speack perfectly englisk. enjoy it! Not changed one bit from earlier reviews. Really convenient for relaxed and friendly dining. Had good food in an ok environment at good prices, which is something the way Tallinn restaurants seem to be going on price this year, being European City of Culture. I'd go again if here regularly. Interestingly there were Estonians eating here as well as Tourists, which surprised me, as at the outset is seemed very touristy. The food was good solid fair, tender lamb chops, giant baked potato and lashings of sour cream sauce and cherry gravy. Large cavernous rooms like a medieval dinning hall, with staff (who were efficient and pleasant) but personally it was not my cup of tea as my preference is a bit more intimate, however its perfectly good and did the job.
