A lot of vegan & gluten free options in a city that doesn't have the most veggie friendly restaurants. The food was good, but not outstanding; lovely atmosphere; but definitely pricey! The food is charged by weight, and I have to say the cost adds up very quickly. Two medium sized dinner plates for my husband and me cost about 30 euro, so choose your food with caution. At those prices, I would expect the vegetarian dishes to be amazing, but they weren't. I felt I could have made a lot of it at home. Had the prices been more reasonable though, I probably would have rated it much higher.

Muy buena locacion, tiene wi-fi gratuito y el desayuno fue muy rico. Los cuartos son grandes, pero la cama no fue tan comoda como esperaba.

We booked a tour with Madsegs for our autumn 2011 city trip to Madrid. To make it short: this was the best sightseeing tour we ever had before! Anthony, the tour guide and owner of Madsegs, is a nice guy who first gave us a brief lesson how to operate and glide a Segway. After the lesson we received our personal Segway (1st generation Segway) for the tour which lasted about 4 hours. Anthony showed us places which we wouldn’t have visited walking around. We had a nice snack break at the middle of the tour. Later Anthony also let us glide down steps with our Segway which is, so Anthony told us, most unusual for Segway tours and unique in the world.
Anyway, the most important reason to book Madsegs was that they allow children to glide a Segway as well, if they know the traffic rules and behave properly.
We can really recommend Madsegs and their tour and the pricing was reasonable. After the tour we received a CD with pictures which Anthony has taken while we were gliding. A great service!
