The Goon Show: The Whistling Spy Enigma + Tales of Men's Shirts + The Last Goon Show of All, British Film Institute (BFI), Waterloo, London

What/Why:

Three TV versions of radio's famous Goon Show. The earliest, a rare screening of a complete story initially shot for a Harry Secombe show but subsequently only shown in part; luckily the full version survived. Next up, a pre-Python John Cleese as the announcer on a Thames 1968 special; and finally the BBC presented in 1972 a specially written segment intended to round off the whole Goon phenomenon.
