First it is 4 weeks of Cuban Salsa. The course is aimed at those who already have a few basic Cuban moves but would like to increase their repertoire and their improve style. Each week will build upon the last, recapping routines and techniques before moving on.

Then it is 4 weeks of ‘Rueda’. Danced in a circle of people and partners the ladies are passed from one to another as various moves are called out. Rueda is based on Cuban Salsa so your knowledge from the previous 4 weeks is essential. For those of you who have seen it in action at parties, Rueda is always fun as you can guarantee a pile-up as moves go wrong or dancers do not move from one partner to the next quickly enough.

The full course will be taught by Misael Espinosa Cordero who is an International Cuban teacher and whom we believe is one of the biggest untapped talents in the UK today. Misael’s classes are always fun and exciting as he introduces new moves and techniques. It’s always good to see his students with a smile of their face at the end of the night.

This is an 8 week course suitable for Improver+ level so make sure you take advantage of Misael Cordero travelling each week from Plymouth to teach this course!
