Bollywood Dance Cardio Taster Event, Dance Ihayami School, Edinburgh

What/Why:

We’re back and bigger than ever ! Yep, Qype events are back in Edinburgh and our first event is guaranteed to get you shaking that Bhangra booty! If you havent already guessed we will be learning and taking part in the newest get fit dance craze (Zumba is SO 2010) that is Bollywood dance combined with a cardio workout! Our host for the evening is Dance Ihayami – Scotland’s contemporary Indian Dance Co. Bollywood is suitable for all levels of fitness and co-ordination so if your a beginner of all things fitness and dance this is a fun way to get started.
