please help me.i was promised alot by phone so i signed up for qype just so happens non off it has happened.im not happy with the service how do i get my money back?many thanks

me too. loads of promises and havent recieved the service i paid for. Have been to bank. CAB. trading standards and no one can help. Have been told i have to wait 5mth then do 30 day notice. I was promised my own domain name and web site that i can have an on line shop. All of which is untrue. Surely they are mis selling but from what i have been told is there nothing i can do. A total waste of £480. I have how ever written to watch dog to complain to them. Hopefully they will do something to stop qype from conning any more people.
