What happened to my deal??

  I ordered the Retro Sweetie Hamper Deal that ended on the 8/12/2010 as an extra pressie for my Sisters children but have heard absolutely nothing. How long do I have to wait to receive my offer?? I have grave doubts that even if I finally get it now it will be to late to get the hamper before Xmas…………………..Very disgruntled & getting angry soon to be ex customer!!
