Best Friend Books -- Main Event Launch Fairs

At the beginning of April, Best Friend Books began running two online fundraisers - the "Main Event" and the "Mini-Fundraiser," to support charities and local organisations. The Mini-Fundraiser is a small scale event that runs for a fortnight, while the Main Event lasts between a month to six weeks and is promoted much more extensivley.

I am currently considering the possibility of introducing "Lau...nch Fairs" for the Main Events. These would be held the Saturday before the online event starts, and would be open to local, small businesses to sell their products.

The idea is still in the very early stages, but the events would definaltely be held in the Sale area with stalls likely costing around £10. As with the Main Event itself, a minimum of half the profits from the stall fees would go to the charity with the rest going to Best Friend Books. The profits of each individual stall would, of course, go to the stall holder.
