Does anyone have any top notch venues for something sweet - and nothing more - in London?

I’m longing for an evening sweet fix and haven’t yet found anywhere worthy.

Any thoughts?!

1. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Victoria
2. The Rendezvous (Leicester square ice cream)
3. Baker & Spice Belgravia - Chelsea, Blegravia and Maida Vale

The Chocolate Cake in the Great Court cafe at the British Museum is simply divine - great surroundings, too.

Or try the The Louis Patisserie, 32 Heath Street, Hampstead - see separate review - if you like sophisticated cakes…

Another fan of Rendezvous.

I like My Old Dutch at Holborn, Ealing, and Chelsea too.

I have friends who swear by Paul’s macaroons (that’s not a euphemism).
Paul has over 25 patisseries all over London, especially near overground rail termini.
