Jaisalmer is a city of gilded magic situated in the heart of the Thar desert. of Jaisalmer is the main attraction and tourists can enjoy camel riding in the jaisalmer thar desert. Probably the most beautiful evening of Rajisthan is there in Jaisalmer, as the sun goes down, the sky is colored into red, golden desert and golden flames and night starts covering the whole Jaisalmer city gently, as if a new monument is created every evening.All different kinds of Havelis are there dating from 12th to 15th century, though they all have exquisite carvings and filigreed work and people still living in these ancient buildings.babby edited this post 21-07-2008, 13:34
