Ok, we all know that theres nothing quite like proper Irish Guinness but to be fair there is also quite a difference between any two pubs pint of the black stuff. This group is here for some good sporting debate over which pint slips down the best and the attached guide allows you to put your nominees into the running.

Thanks for joining the group and more importantly the noble quest that is finding 'The Finest Pint Of Guinness’ this fair capital has to offer.

Well, as a Qype UK/Dublin correspondent, I’m currently far more familiar with the real stuff - which is no longer as good as the legend would have you believe given the strict serving controls everywhere - but my vote (from many years ago) would be The Magpie in New Street, just off Bishopsgate/Liverpool St station (and I wish I could add the location to the forum!). Haven’t been there for quite a while, but it used to be famed for its pint.

HEY!!! What about Scotland ??? Although I will admit the BEST PINT OF GUINNESS I HAVE HAD WAS IN BELFAST !!! SORRY HAVEN’T BEEN TO DUBLIN YET !!! I have also had what I thought was brilliant in Tenerife but could have been the sun + the craving for a good pint of the BLACK BREW !!!
