Glastonbury Festival
The home of all of us Glastonbury lovers. To share stories of the good times, the bad times, the wet times, the try times, the muddy times, the not so muddy times, and of course...... the drunk times.
So who's bought their 2009 ticket already?

Got mine in record time on Sunday. I think it will sell out quite quickly this year, so if anyone is thinking of leaving it to the last minute….I wouldn’t.
As for a dream Line up….Led Zeppelin have announced they will tour next year and I think I remember Jimmy Page mentioning how he would love to play Glastonbury a few years back. Other than that, I’m not really worried about the line up, as I go for the vibe as much as the bands. That’s what makes Glasto the best festival in the world. -

I’d love to go, but I normally get to the Edinburgh Festival instead. I have this pathalogical hatred of mud, sorry to wimp-out. Having said this I would overcome my fears if on the line-up were…
The Mighty Boosh band (comedy meets twisted rock 'n roll)
John Shuttleworth (titter, fnarrr, ooops)
Mud 2 ('cos Les Gray has demised, got to have a bit of glam rock)
Squeeze (I never thought it would happen, with me and the girl from Clapham)
Pink Floyd (not asking for too much am I? minus Rik sadly) -

This year, let’s bring back all the great progressive rock bands from the Seventies - Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Yes, King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Jethro Tull, Van Der Graaf Generator, Moody Blues, The Nice, Caravan, Gentle Giant, Kansas, Camel, Rush - maybe all playing on the same stage at the same time! Heaven!

Prog Rock, Led Zep, Pink Floyd…...I was hoping for something a little more up to date myself.
How about some Cage The Elephant, Foals, Last Shadow Puppets?
Have heard a rumour The Jam maybe reforming for a headline slot though, I’d be happy with that.
Dream line up would be a Arctic’s for Friday night, Blur reunion for Saturday night and Weezer for Sunday night.
