Hello. Errmm… don’t quite know what to say. What’s this group for?
I could post some recipes for Chinese dishes (proper Chinese food, not that gloopy Cantonese stuff you get in the west) if you like… Not sure if you can get hold of the essential ingredients though… bean paste or SiChuan peppercorns, for instance?

I’ve been shocking at administering this…
The group is for posting recipes; food ideas; talks on shows you’ve seen or food-secrets you have!
I’d love to see your recipes for Chines dishes. there are enough Chinese supermarkets to get most of the more unusual things around.
I do a lot of Thai cooking, but avoid Chinese as I think of it as oily and heavy, so you’re welcome to prove me wrong!
