  So let’s have it – what;s the simplest recipe you’ve made a right pigs ear of?

  Last night I decided I was going to attempt bubble and squeak. On the face of it it seemed simple enough, just mash the left overs of the roast together and fry it up. Well, apparently not. The resultant mixture looked a bit like i’d tried to make scrabbled eggs out of potato and cat sick and some how had the texture of grit. Whoops.

  Lol! One of my bf’s favourites is what he calls “leftover hash” – basically a mix of whatever needs to be eaten.

  Sometimes it can be nice, but other times….euughhh. I remember one time we had rice with lots of bits and bobs, and we had fresh chilli that needed to be eaten, so he put three in… just for him and myself. I couldn’t eat it, euuughh – was not good. lol!

  I’m sure I’ve had some terrible ones, but I think I’ve blocked them from my memory lol! when they come back I’ll update you!
