Where to go on a Hen Do - and not Dublin!

It’s my friends Hen Do and we’re wanting to head to Ireland, but not Dublin. We actually just want to explore the scenery, do interesting things and aren’t massively fussed about going out on the town – any suggestions?

Good evening,
If your looking for a lovely place to visit in Ireland and don’t fancy Dublin. How about Kilkenny. If you stay in Kilkenny it’s small enough to get around easily. You won’t need transport. Has fab restraunts, pubs, shops, a little theatre and it even has a castle ! Theres a music walking tour where you learn all about the history of Kilkenny whilst traditional irish instruments are played in various pubs you visit. Theres a brewerey to visit. A fab Tapas bar. If you want to venture out a bit further theres Dunmore caves, Nicholas Mosse Potteries and Castlecomer Discovery Park. Visit Kilkenny tourist office for more info.
