I want to cancel my Qype Premium account

We’re sorry to hear you want to leave us.
To cancel a Premium partnership purchased over the phone after the minimum term of six months, all we require is a signed request to our office: 95 New Cavendish Street, London, W1W 6XF.
There is a 30-day cancellation period upon receipt of the letter.
If you have purchased your Premium package online, you can stop the renewal of your contract by clicking on “Cancel” under your “Listing” tab in the My Business section. You can find more about our online cancellations terms in our Terms & Conditions
