If you encounter a problem on the site and can’t find the info to resolve it after checking this section or the FAQ and Business Blog, then please send an email to feedback@qype.co.uk with as much details as possible; for example including what browser you use and some links and screenshots would be wonderful so we can get to the bottom of the issue as soon as possible.
