What’s your top of the pie pops?
I think given the choice I’d go for the steak and ale every time. Booze in a pie! It’s like killing two birds with one stone.

Love chicken and mushroom….but a really good beef and ale (ideally guiness) has to be the top choice. But then again so many places get them wrong…

fish pie gets my vote … with loads of different types of fish and masses of mash on top

Although really any pie that comes with gravy gets my vote.

Australian beef and onion pie from Humble Pie. I’m a regular customer in there now!
