I need to try Mr. Jerk!

There’s a great little west indian place by clapham north tube station called Routi Joupa (sp?). Delicious, cheap treats.

If your looking for unusual places, there’s a Georgian restaurant In Holloway Road, N7, called Tbilisi. I ate there once many years ago after it just opened and it wasn’t brilliant, but okay. But I notice it’s still there so I suspect it must have improved a lot to have survived and I’ve seen lots of good reviews online. Worth going there just for the Georgian wine alone. Weird stuff. Makes you feel like you’re stoned and it’s very dry (it’s made in clay pots under the ground). If I get in there I’ll do a review. Then there is the Afghan kitchen, N1, which I reviewed (quite small).
