“ Very nicely designed place, with plenty of space and a covered terrace so it wasn't too noisy when I visited with a large group. The Veal Parmigiana was large, and tasty plus served with salad (not pasta). Starter and dessert were not especially interesting.  It was pleasant enough, but if you're looking for great Italian food - I'd find a smaller, less commercial restaurant. “ This an old hotel given a fresh coat of paint to bring it up to modern standards of appearance, however it is still somewhat aging at heart. The walls are thin - so sound isolation between rooms and the corridor is poor. The room they put me in first was situated next to the air-handling system (room 614) - and filled with a constant drone of the sound of the fans. Thankfully they moved me just down the hall to a quieter room (617), however this was right next to the elevators - so I was occasionally woken by the ding of the lifts arriving (why do they do that all night?), and conversations outside of my room.Checkout is slow at peak time (8:30-9:00) so allow a good 20 minutes before you need to leave.Yes - it is in a good location, and it is Paris, but I would have expected a lot more for EUR 180. “ This restaurant saved my life when I was on a school trip in 2010 and stayed in a low end hotel around the corner.  I started to eat my meals here and the owner was really kind to  me, even helping me with my french.  If I were ever in Anatole again, I would be sure to stop by to have a bite to eat.  Good Place and kind owner.  I remember he said he lived in Washington for many years and he was quite Americanized.  I remember the chocolate mousse.  (tdemaio, 01-02-2013) 5
