“ I agree with Classy Brit .  This is a real dump with high prices and the food is vile.   Nothing was  suitable for human consumption.   Even the wine was really bad .    Aix is not a place noted for good restaurants or good prices on anything.  In fact, it's a huge tourist mecca full of political corruption and  bad energy in general.    There are rodents in this establishment and the management does not care.  Nor do they care about repeat customers because they come and go as tourists do.   Get on a train and go to Marseiile, it's much prettier than Aix and there is the beautiful sea with restaurants serving bouillabaisse  (expensive but worth it if you could find a reputable one ) !  Splendid should be renamed   "CATASTROPHE"       (rivegauchefemme, 08-10-2012) 1
