It is a normal hotel with basic furniture. There is a bathroom with a shower and an air condition on each room. You can find a TV and a refrigerator.
There are three meals a day. I ate breakfast and dinner and you had enough alternatives that you can stay for one or two weeks without getting fed up with it.
When you want to work in Zadar and you need a cheap hotel only for eating and sleeping this hotel is perfekt. Even drinking beer (differend sorts available) after finishing work is possible till 11 pm.

The Adriatic Hotel is located in the Bay of Omišalj (Kvarner bay) on the island of Krk (20 km from Rijeka). The village Omišalj is 5 km from the Rijeka airport and 6 km from Krk Bridge, which connects the mainland with the island.
We only booked for one night, because we arrived late at the airport in Rijeka and it was the closest hotel to the airport. But that was not a good idea: predominantly young and noisy guests, old and scruffy hotel, coffee like dishwater... never again. There are better alternatives!

One of the best restaurants in Dubrovnik. During the summer time, ask for a table on the terrace, on the first floor. Great service, outstanding food and specialties with a fantastic wine list. You will not be disappointed!!

Vinodol is NOT a typical NOR traditional Croatian restaurant. It is, in the first place, tourist oriented restaurant (it usually hosts big group of foreign tourists) and it offers different meat dishes, a combination of international and local meals. However, the quality of the food is good, service is well above the average and the prices are good value for money comparing with other restaurants in Zagreb. If you are looking for a good meal at a fair price, I can recommend Vinodol, but if you want something authentic or really excellent food - you should look for some other places

Nice and clean hotel with friendly people working at the reception. The rooms are big enough and the showers nothing special but ok. The hotel has free wireless internet (also in the rooms) which mostly works, but sometimes has short outages. If you want to leave something plugged into the electrical outlets when you're not in your room, beware that the room loses all electricity when the keycard is removed, so you'll have to use the one specially marked outlet that still has power.
The breakfast is ok and there's enough of everything.
There's no supper, but the reception will either help you by ordering food or by finding you a place to eat.
It's a shame that the hotel is located quite far away from the center of Zagreb, a taxi-ride there will cost you about € 20,-, but on the positive side: it's only about 10 minutes away from the airport (but it's very quiet in and around the hotel, so no problems sleeping).

You`ll find beautiful sandy beaches but also a lot of Bars, Clubs, Alcohol and drunken young people.
Guess, this is the place to be if you are under the age of 20.
Cocktails need to be ordered with care - the Alcohol could have a miserable quality ("moonshine" Alcohol) that causes heavy healthy problems.

If you ever arrive in Split by train, you have to go through a tunnel underneath the town. From outside the train station is very old in venetian style apropriate for the town.
The elderly exterior is in complete contrast to the modern hall. The timetable is biligual and there's an international counter.
Placed next to the bus-station and if you come out of the station, you stand in front of the ocean and after a little walk you are in the center of the town.
