nice little japanese ramen place with only 5 seats. and only 2 options for food. we stayed in the nearby yellow submarine hostel and came to Ari for lunch often. We even pinned a frequent customer card to the wall of the restaurant, see if you can find us (Jannes & Seri)

5 Points out of 5

Jay Reumeete found for his 2-days useless trip an elegant, well-designed hotel. Discreet, as a little bird dying/yelling though a 747-400 reactor. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the lovely floor-to-ceiling windows come with room-darkening shades. Only problem, when he left, Jeremee realized those windows were not as tainted as it appeared to be…and he found himself very idiot when he realized Korean blue collars (in the other buildings) might have seen him naked in the bath room or even waiting for “something”,comfortably seated on his throne :(
The bathrooms are superb, contrary to this poor little bird, with granite counters and extravagantly deep tubs for soaking away the day’s stresses (jeremee is very stressed). A bit noisy as Jeremee’s room was facing the main street, but not a problem for Jeremee who is permantly jet-lagged.
Jereme says Park Hyatt in Seoul, “c’est Kool”.

5 Points out of 5

A four-star hotel. Located a little outside the city centre but thanks to the metro link one is quickly in the city centre. Furnishing, comfort, staff, cleanliness etc. perfect. Good English is spoken at reception. Technically the hotel is well furnished. Following a trip to China we made a short stopover in Korea/Seoul and in contrast to China were well looked after here and had an opportunity to get over the difficult manners of the Chinese.

I don't like big chain hotels... but this 'specimen' is an exception! I can't find any fault with the place - apart from the price-! There isn't enough room to go into detail of all the services offered by this hotel - in addition to the south Korean efficiency. Good old Europe takes a blow... In the meantime fall into the enormous beds and look out onto Seoul's skyline; ) Be wary of your return to Europe as part of you will be left behind - no joke!

A really good hotel in Seoul. Modern and tastefully furnished. Well supported staff help where they can. Bar, lounge and restaurant offer a good choice at not an inexpensive price. But everything is good and freshly made. Our 80m2 suite was spacious and nicely furnished. Nothing missing. The room service is quick and efficient. Hardly put the phone done before there's someone at the door. This place definitely deserves five stars.

3 Points out of 5

A relatively cheap hotel close to the city hall. The price is OK, but the environment offers hotels with a better value for money. Special limitations are, that the single rooms do not have a window and no WLAN (only in the lobby); instead they have internet over a (too short) cable at the desk.

4 Points out of 5

This a very cheap guest house, which is recommendable for scientists, who are visiting one of the research facilities in Daejeon. Most of the rooms are small and functional and have a single bed, which is very good. The rooms have a kitchenette. The guest house does not provide breakfast, but right next to it is "Greenish Coffee" served, which belongs to the conference centre DCC. There you can find cheap coffee, sandwiches, juices etc.
