I gave a little gasp of delight when I found this guide! I had just been pondering the very same thing as I use to frequent a cafe on Poland Street that made great scrambled egg and smoked salmon, but which has since beome just another restaurant. I miss the chef being in the room, I miss the posters and the fact it was a police hole, and I miss most the rock and roll that impressed me so much on the first morning I stumbled in there. Hurrah for good breakfasts :-)
