within the gym itself, go for a regular massage, the therapist really knows her stuff. treatments are very reasonable, especially compared to ones in town. the service and treatment is far more personal and better quality

I needed some relaxing as i suffer a lot from headaches and backaches. I went there on recommendation from a friend. The therapist was very friendly and knew her stuff. We went through a lenghty consultation before i had a massage. It was so lovely, i fell asleep. She gave me some exercises to take home to improve my problems, which she said are due to bad posture. I will go back regularly to keep tension at bay and to have a lovely sleep
