Nice place nice people 5 star manager and great staff, cant beleive some revues I have read, but then people like to moan.

An order was placed on 21st August 2011 with Hometyre for a replacement tyre to be fitted at home. We were informed that the fitter would be with us the following day at 5 o’clock ish, however, a phone call was received that afternoon stating that there had been a mix up with the collection of the tyre and a fitter would be with us the following day between 12 noon and 1 o’clock. He arrived in time and dually replaced the tyre, a very courteous man. The following Saturday my partner was on her way up north on the M1. She had not got a far as Leicester when the car started to wander. Having pulled up on the hard shoulder and called the RAC, the RAC man was in disbelief at the damage to the new tyre. The inner wall was completely severed. He fitted the “get you home wheel” then guided her to a near-by garage where a replacement tyre was fitted at great expense and inconvenience. My partner had the good sense to keep the damaged tyre which was collected by Hometyres a few days later. They suggested there was a problem with the car. I had it safety checked at my expense and no faults were found. Hometyres stated that it may take 6 months to resolve; 8 months on we have heard nothing. Strangely I would use this service again as I can’t blame Hometyres for faulty tyre, however think we deserve compensation from the tyre manufacture.  The tyre covered less than 100 miles.

These guys are the Nut’s! they know what they are doing and do it well, was there yesterday I didn’t get a warm welcome just lots of sarcasm went to the PUB after my visit would rather go to Top Gear Flitwick.
