Went in today to buy cardigans & PE shorts and the quality is as usual, very poor and very expensive but I needed cardigans with school logos so had no choice. The staff was helpful but they had no system in place. The small shop was packed with parents that left it to the last minute with one till and all jumpers/ cardis behind the counter so had to wait for 10-15 mins just to get someone to get the cardigans to try on. I ended up at M&S buying everything else and they have much better quality at reasonable prices.
