Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!

I purchased an Itison deal for Double Volume Eyelashes with HD Brows.  The salon does not look very nice from the outside and inside is not much better to be honest.  It is essentially in a basement, there is a 'training school' and several beds are set up near to the waiting area.  I was taken through to a dimly lit room.  The girl who carried out my treatment's name was Lyndsey.

Initially I was very happy with the results, however 2 weeks later now that the excessive tint and eyebrow shaddow has worn off I have patches missing from my eyebrows!!!  I am left having to colour my eyebrows in throughout the day.  I don't want to leave the house they are that bad.  Do not go to this place.

I purchased a groupon voucher for “Full Head ofColour or Half Head of Highlights with Cut and Blow Dry for £26 at La Cherie (74%Off)”. They place reminds me of what a training school for hair would be like, and the staff are definately still in training or in dire need of it. I was taken to a dirty workstation which still had the water glass from the previous client, which remained in front of me the entire visit!!

I explained I was looking for a semi permanent colour, she insisted in trying to get me to go for a permanent colour. I didn’t have any confidence in her at all and decided to go for a glossing. I was told because my hair was below my shoulders it would be a £10 surcharge. I was aware from the terms and conditions there would be a surcharge for excessively long hair. I don’t think hair below shoulder level is excessively long!!!!

Again not having much confidence in the hairdresser I opted to have the ends off my hair only. It took less than 10 minutes to dry my excessively long hair, which as it turned out was not dry at all, by the time I got home my hair was a frizzy mess!!!

In total my visit took 1 hour. The girl who I was sat next to also had a groupon voucher and was having highlights. We both got started about the same time and her highlights were still being done when I left.

I’m feeling extremely annoyed and that I have been completely ripped off by the whole experience. If the groupon deal was to attract new customers then they have failed miserably.

I would definately not recommend this place, even to my worst enemy!!
