6 Great Portland Street, West End, London W1W 8QL
Been there a couple of times and found the staff very helpful. They suggested a different product to the one I was thought was correct and it was a little bit cheaper. I have no problems shopping there and probably will do again.

Here is a poem I have written about The Champion Pub:

The Champion's an unique pub
At least it is to me
The windows are pure stained glass
For those inside to see
The fittings are made of dark wood
The seats are of dark leather
It give out an air of welcomness
Especially in bad weather
The drinks are not the common sort
Sold in any pub
But ones that Sam Smith brew themselves
It's like a special Club
So if you're looking for a place
That offers a different range
Come into the Champion
I'm sure you'll love the change

I have entered this place as I needed a venue for the following festival.
Camden Green Travel Festival.
The area of Fitzrovia, especially Charlotte Street has a lot of history, which I will not attempt to write here.
Check the events list for 24th September. -

Dropped in for a quick sandwich. Clean and smart place, friendly staff. The sandwich was tasty and was value for money. Will visit again.

Just popped in to get a few Sushi snacks to eat along the way. Had 2 salmon & rice ones and 2 eel ones, the eel ones tasted great. Must be made specially for Londoners, now if only they could do pie, mash & liquer sushi, it would be wonderful. Though can you get fish mash?

Not just a take away, it does a buffet to eat in. All you can eat for £5 at lunch time and the same deal for £7 in the evening, although the choice is much greater then. I was a bit unsure of the deal when I visited, so didn't eat as much as I though I could. Still I can always go back again. The staff were vere friendly. Used chop sticks again, I'm getting better at it.

Been a while since I last visited, here is my experience. I went in on a Monday lunch time, it wasn't too busy so I was 3rd in the queue for ordering. It turned out I just about managed to make it 6th. There was one staff member behind the bar when I got in, so I waited, oops slipped behind in the queue, another staff member went behind the bar and I was demoted to 5th, then 6th, as she served served another customer. The original staff member seemed to be putting glasses into the dishwasher. When she actually saw me, she asked who's next, I said "me at last!" blank expression from her. When she asked for the money, I thought i'd be sarcastic and said, "wouldn't you like to ask someone else first?" Blank look again. My rating has gone down. Had to rush my pint as I had to get back to work.

A corner pub close to the top part of Regent Street. Modern looking outside has wood panels inside. Subdued lighting, suitable for romantic liasons, if the seats were a bit more comfortable. Piped music not too loud. Real ale sold, Pride and TEA. Credit cards accepted.
