I hidden gem of a bar. The decor has a very nice indie feel to it. The bar is set over two floors, the top of witch has a roof top terrace. There is a good selection of drinks on sale with special offers on a lot of them.
There food is very good , with service being very quick.

This converted fire station is a good meeting up place next to waterloo. The decor is trendy and well looked after but with a few of the buildings original features.
There is a good selection of drinks and food from a lunch menu. The service a lunch time is very good and the food arrives very fast. There is also a small restaurant area at the back of the bar and a few tables out on the street.
After five it can get very busy..

Hing lee’s Chinese Restaurant is a hidden gem Just a stones through from the Themes river. I might not look much from the out side or from the decor once you inside, but once you see the menu you will be impressed.
The selection of food is very impressive with spot on set menus that have a good range of types of meal. There is a good selection of drinks too. The food was prepared quickly and served by friendly staff. The food it self was very nice and I hope to go again. There is also a takeaway sirvice.

Browns is a very fancy looking place, the place is gleaming from its highly polished bar to the smartly dressed bar staff. It is obvious that the standards are set high. The location is spectacular on the banks of the Thames, with views of tower bridge and out door seating. The customers are a mix of after work drinkers form the city and people meeting up for a night out.
There is a good selection of beers, wine, sprits and cocktails, some of which on special offers. All though I did not eat on my visit we did see the food being brought out past us and It looked and smelled very nice, making me what to come back to try it.

We went on this cruse for my uncles 60th and we all had a grate time.
the views on the themes are amazing , even if you live and work in London seeing it from the river is like seeing it afresh.
Our journey was a bit different from the usual one advertised because of the HMS invincible was docked at Greenwich and no bouts could pass it, so we got to see the Royal Navy helicopters fly around, this also meant the the tour part of the cruse was not done.
I was expecting very little from the food but was very happily proved wrong. The food was very good and had good sized portions. The wine was very nice too.
The Jazz band where very good (though the singer was not as good) as back ground music, never to loud so you could talk to others without razing your voice.
Grate day out!
