The Punch and Judy is the perfect pub to have a nice Drink and Rest from walking around Covent garden. In the summer I can think of nowhere better than the balcony over looking the street entertainers with I cold drink in hand.
This used to be my Pub of chose for having lunch in London with its simple but nice menu, sadly the food is not as good as it was a few years ago.
The staff are always friendly and are quick to serve despite how busy the pub gets ( which is very in the weekend).
The pub is spared over several levels which might pose difficulties to people with disabilities or for meeting people. There is also not much sitting inside, coupled with the flagstone flooring is not gentle on the feet.
Overall this is a nice pub to go to for a quick drink, but not for making a night of it.EatNowBrighton brought back great memories of when I once lived in London, I used to love watching the world go by from the balconies at Punch & Judy :)
