Brick Lane - Bethnal Green
Brick Lane, Hanbury street, London E1 6SB
29-09-2008
Being new to London I am doing the whole geeky tourist book guides and been making my way around the markets.
Yesterday I went to brick lane and I just loved it!
Firstly make sure you haven’t had anything to eat before you go and there food hall it jam packed full of amazing goodies to go and try from all over the world!
So many stools and each of them so unique you can see the stool owners making there necklaces and trinkets, a lovely day out also a small area where they have laid out cheese, oil and salami testers.. yum yum!!
Although make sure you take your walking shoes!
The Wheatsheaf - Fulham
582 Fulham Road, Fulham, London SW6 5NT
25-09-2008
Wheatsheaf is a lovely find,, excellent quality food and superb value for money!
Was quite out of the way for me but I would def recommend to anywhere. Great place for an after work drink or get together over food.
Pub its self has been decorated nicely and a comfy feel when you are in there.
Thumbs up from me!
The Arndale Mall - Luton
25-B cardiff road,luton, Luton, Bedfordshire LU1 1PP
24-09-2008
Living in Luton up untill summer of this year i have always avoided the Arndale where possible,, is ok if you want general bits from likes of Argos, Smiths, Wilkco,,, but if you are in need a of serious shop of new shoes, bags, and all things Fab i would always recommend going to MK much bigger selection of higher end shops.
Deliverance - Westminster
Multiple Sites, London
24-09-2008
I came by this company by Chance I saw the delivery bikes and googled it… and what a clever idea!!
The boyfriend and I regularly argue over wanting different meals for dinner and this company solves all arguments and only then leaves us to fight over who is paying!
Its online company and they have there menu divided up into countries, so far we have tried Italian and Indian both where yummy with generous portion sizes. They food arrived within 45mins still hot packed very well in recyclable cardboard boxes. Also you can track your order online from order, kitchen and dispatch!
Down side they are on the pricey side but a definite keeper for one of those evenings after one of those days,,, ohh yes you know they type of days I mean! Enjoy!!
Strada - Fitzrovia
9&10 Market Place, Mayfair, London W1W 8AQ
22-09-2008
fast service, friendly staff, all round a really nice lunch stop off,,, When weather permits they have good seating outside where the staff are still very attentive.
I will def be using as a regular spot for lunch meets.
Carluccio's - Fitzrovia
8 Market Place, Fitzrovia, London W1W 8AG
22-09-2008
The food was ok and would have normally got an average rating but i found it to be very over priced for what it was, the seating was far to close to each other although the staff where very friendly.
Pizzeria Oregano - Islington
18 St. Albans Place, Islington, London N1 0NX
22-09-2008
Good atmosphere and yummy food at a very fair price!,, staff where friendly with an excellent selection of pizza’s!!
The Forge - Covent Garden
14 Garrick Street, Covent Garden, London WC2E 9SB

i went here last saturday taking my family out for the day, cost me £125 for 4 ppl 3 course and 1 bottle. I really couldn’t recommend this place enough! Even my dad who is one for a good moan came out saying the only thing he could complain was he didn’t actualy have anything to moan about! They also do a really good offer for the set menu you only get a few options but i think 2 course is £13 and 3 course was about £16.
If you have something special coming up you should def book yourself a table here i will certainly be going back!
Crussh - Fitzrovia
