My friend is a hair stylist and just joined Judo Payments. I didn't know what it was at first, but it allowed me to pay for my hair cut through my phone. So before she did the blow dry, I called up on speaker phone, entered in all the numbers asked of me and DONE!.. Payment successful. 

Not the biggest technology person, but I'm realizing technology is changing businesses. My friend loves it!

Not impressed at all! I understand that it can be super busy in H&M stores but my experience earlier today was awful. I had to ask 3 members of staff to help me as the first two attempts received response and practically walked away. 1 one these employees was interrupted by more customers so ok, but the other said she was too busy to help me and I couldn't tell you what she was busy doing. Last person, thanks for the help, didn't have my size, was too late.

Does H&M aim to hire rude young people who care about looking in the mirror more than helping their customers? The costs are so low, because there is mediocre customer service at best.

And... I'm over it.
