This cinema seems to be rapidly going down hill. From what I have noticed, the majority of the staff have changed…which is definately not a positive in this case. The first couple of times when I visited the cinema the staff were very welcoming but now seem to be a miserable bunch who could do with a lesson in customer service. When viewing arthur christmas with my mother and father, we were rudely asked if we were there for the right film…just becase we are a slightly older bunch does not mean we can not enjoy a PG rated film, you would never receive such ageist comments from Showcase or Odeon i’m sure. Also having booked for a film last week, we were made to sit in standard seats even though our name was on the luxury seat pre-booked sheet, this was made to feel like it was our fault as the membership number did not match however when we rang to make the booking, no number was taken from us which seems rather confusing. Not very happy with the service we have received on the last 3/4 occasions so will definately be willing to travel the extra distance to showcase or odeon now.
