Xambox - Canal Saint Martin

Urban Outfitters UK - Fitzrovia
200 Oxford Street, Marylebone, London W1D 1NU
26-02-2010
It's close to the Oxford Circus Station.
I didn't know this store but my flatmate shows me.
A big store with clothes, books and you can find everything. I like so much theirs clothes. I bought a pull and the fabric is so good.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Benito's Hat - Fitzrovia

It's Dan's favorite place. He took me and said me " it's the best burritos that I have ever eaten ". And he is right. The burritos are amazing and so big. It's not very expensive because a burrito cost 6£ with guacamole, cheese, chicken, black beans, rice....
The staff are very helpful and friendly and the service is very fast.
Ben & Jerry's - Leicester Square
40 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7NA

With all cinemas around it fits perfectly well in the area. So it's to take away. The staff is friendly and don't hesitate to add ice cream in your bucket.
My favorite flavours are the vanilla cookies and the chocolate muffin. Like all other Ben & Jerry's, ice creams are delicious.
I hope I would have a chance to eat an ice cream in the Leicester Park maybe this summer :)
Angus Steak House - Leicester Square

I didn't know this chain before. I was disappointed. The place is comfortable and the staff very professional, helpful and take care of you. But prices are high and although I have been informed that in England the read meal is expensive, I have been surprised.
My main complaint is that for this price the meal is not so good and even the meal.
Besides, I found they insist (maybe it's because my girlfriend and me are French) so much for tips. They didn't need to do it !!
Burger King (UK) - Leicester Square
17 Leicester Square, London WC2H 7LE

Like any French when we go to UK we eat in Burger King because we aren't lucky and unfortunately we haven't this brand in our lovely country :)
This Burger King is pretty big. It's always crowed.
In my opinion, I always take the Wooper and here you can find the triple Wooper.
It's not expensive and you can eat for only 6£.
However, I can't put more 3 stars it's a junk food :)
Maplin Electronics - Fitzrovia
6 Great Portland Street, West End, London W1W 8QL

I have been in this store to buy a hard disk. I didn't know products, prices but the service is very helpful. They can advise me, they know their products and their jobs. Beside, they doesn't search to sell you the most expensive product but only what you really need.
Finally, I have bought a hard disk, 500 GB, USB 2... for 69£ and I'm not disappointing about it.
If I need other electronics stuffs sure, I will go here.
Boots The Chemists - Fitzrovia
302-306 Regent Street, Mayfair, London W1B 3AT

I didn't know this big Brand before to come to London.
First time, I believed it's just a pharmacy. I went because I had hurt in my ears but they couldn't give me something because I haven't a prescription. The staff didn't help me and the only one thing that they told me it's " Go to the doctor...".
My second experience is more conclusive because I was sick (some troubles in my throat). I found everything that I wanted and 4 days later I wasn't sick.
Third time, my colleague told me they have great sandwiches and do promotions 1 sandwich+1 dessert + 1 drinks = only 3.49£. It's the cheapest way to eat in Regent Street.
bens cookies - Mayfair
355-361 Oxford Street, London W1C 2JG

I found this small place walking in Oxford Street from Oxford Circus to Marble Arch. They make the best cookies that have ever eaten. You have different perfumes but you can, without fear, take all because all are so much good.
It's relative cheap because for only 6£ you can have 8 cookies and it's not a small cake. I have taken the cookies with white chocolate, 3 chocolates, cranberry.....
I have to return it's my priority one
Byron Hamburgers - Soho
97-99 Wardour Street, Soho, London W1F 0UD
19-02-2010
I didn’t know about Byron Burger until my colleagues took me there yesterday. I was excited because they told me so many good things, and we don’t have this typical restaurant in France just fast food like McDonald's.
I have to confess that I wasn't disappointing. I took the Byron Burger with Bacon, Salad, Steak and its delicious and probably the best burger that I have eaten in a long time. To prove it, nobody spoke during the lunch just focus on eating :) The burger is big like in the film when you see an actor eating one in US.
I took also french fries and there are quite good.
I have to return it. My only complaint is that it's not easy to find it if you don't know so much London.
