Popular misconception! The taste comes from the smoke generated by the fat dripping onto the charcoal or - in this case - lava stones. For added flavour, you can also add hickory or apple wood. Light up and you are ready in 10.
You can also control my proprietary 'BBQ.exe’ from the comfort of your living room with a remote device connected to your Wi-fi LAN. It’s what they call a hotspot. I am working on writing an app that is also iPhone-compatible. ;-)
