Happy to leave a family with a 2 year old freezing for a week with no heating or hot water, after they failed to deliver on time when oil was ordered . Snow interference delayed it, now they are using the excuse of poor roads ( which is rubbish because other hgv's have managed to get here) 7 days with no heat in -5 conditions an a baby in the house. Phones nearly every day chasing them and they keep saying they r trying every couple of days to pass the roads. The driver clearly hasn't been here or they would see its been clear for 5 days!!! Not happy
