Having used this garage in the past I'm surprised at the low quality of service I received. The bill was not explained properly and I feel I was over charged, I will not be back.

Before commencing with any repairs we provide a quote. You discussed the cost of repair with our Service Manager and a discount was applied to your account for which you appeared to be happy with at the time. We are somewhat surprised therefore to note that you were not happy with the service provided. We always aim to provide a quality service and reading a review such as this is disappointing.
