I wasn’t sure of this branch of costa when it opened, but the installation of WIFI and fantastic staff (Carla that’s you) has made it more welcoming. It big by inverness standards, nice decor and everything is clean and new. It lacks the service of the Ingis st branch, maybe due to its size? Great if you want to meet lots of friends etc. somewhere central.

Absolutely fantastic service. Nothing was to much trouble. It was busy but relaxed. THEY HAVE FREE WIFI... I think this is the only cafe in Nairn you can get this.
Food was great and the price was good too.
The decor is warm and welcoming ... Very coffee house.

Crochte Be warned….. If you intend to pay by card you need to spend over £10. I offered to pay 50p for the bank charge, but that’s a no. So ran out in the rain to get cash. The machine is just up the road .
I had a train to catch and it might have been nice to have known this (on menu or table) as I could have budgeted my time better. I don’t know if its at the till…. Cos it’s table service.

The Riverdale Centre Complimentary Therapies - Inverness

Fantastic cafe with a great choice of food...vegan, gluten free etc. The menu changes daily. Dont go if you are in a hurry to eat as this is freshly prepared for you.
Soup is always amazing and the cakes are fantastic.
The therapy centre is very relaxed and welcoming, but manages this without losing professional standards.
The hypnotherapy is brilliant.

Situated opposite T K Max this eatery is a delight. It's a social enterprise giving young people housing help, employability training and life skills. The young staff are fabulous (remember they are training on loads of levels) But the important bit is the food, so fresh and well made, you will go back again and again. The choice of coffees is amazing and it's loose leaf tea. In a big pot. The decor is a bit dull for my tastes and its not somewhere to sit relax and read, but definitely great for catch ups and informal meetings. Very busy at lunch time, so you may have to wait for a table.i can't recommend it enough.

This hotel is in a perfect location. Close to the shops, pubs etc. it's beautifully modern but comfortable. The rooms a large, clean and well equipped . There is a small kitchen and lounge area The foyer has a bar, breakfast room and small shop. There is a computer area. The staff are so helpful and friendly. With a complimentary cookie on arrival.

Zizzi - Inverness

Went for dinner expecting the usual italian pizza-ish experience. I was so wrong. Firstly the place is beautiful. The decor is amazing keeping it light and airy, yet very stylish. The views have to be the best placed in Inverness. You are in the shadow of the castle, look up and down the river and a view over to the hills. Wow.
The service was also fantastic. Promt but not pushy. We were given space to enjoy our meal but never felt we were either rushed ( and they could have done with our table as they were full) or ignored. The advice when choosing was perfect for our needs..no annoying up selling or practiced patter.

The food was exquisite. REALLY. I had a classic margarita pizza on a whole meal thin base suggested by the waiter. Less cheese than you normally get which it turns out is the way to go. So full of flavour. We had a dipping sauce with our starter that I would buy in the bucket load. My partner had the calzone which he is still talking about.

There was a mix of couples, tourists and family groups. The atmosphere was very relaxed, but no screaming children. The noise levels were lively but I had no issue holding a conversation ( I am a little hard of hearing)
The toilets were the same high standard.http://www.zizzi.co.uk/venue/index/invernesshttp://

We then relaxed with tea and enjoyed the view. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone

Terrible company. Placed order on 14 May and only got it sorted yesterday. And only half sorted at that.
But I am the lucky one as I have read reviews where people are still trying to get their stuff or money back since March!!!
Took my money straight away. Didnt here anything for 2 weeks ( guaranteed next day delivery..pah) after a couple of emails and failed phone calls the said they had tried to phone me (really?) and I had to pay more for lazer cutting as the pieces were small. I couldn't find this on the www.sheetplastic.co.uk site, but needed my stuff and I had already paid. I agreed and added 3 other items.
I needed these items for June 28th so I felt I had left plenty of time for issues. They just didnt care.
After 2 months of emails and calls I finally got the 3 added bits. badly scratched inside the packaging. They blamed this on the courier...amazing.
So I missed one deadline. A jeweller pulled out which cost me £200 and them a lot of stress and sales.
I was promised replacements and the rest of my order. No replacements, but the blocks came in a jiffy bag. Bashed, chipped and scrapped from banging together in the bag. I was told I couldn't get replacements as I was too far away.
I was told this was my fault for ordering small pieces. I had to use them as artists were booked and I couldn't afford to loose another £200. I then had tpo phone and phone to get my money back for the larger pieces. I actually had to make the operator do it while I was on the phone as they kept saying they were doing it that day and not.

Useless.

Amazing macaroni and the bread/rolls choice is great.
The service is the best in town and the staff are chatty, welcoming and great banter.
The food is not fast, but that is because it is not frozen or made six hours ago and micro'd so give yourself time to enjoy it.
And they have these little biscuits like pretzels filled with peanut butter that are AMAZEEN!

Oh yeah, toilet tennis..brilliant.
