Nice medium-sized traditional pub (looking very small from the outside) hidden in a small street, mostly busy though not only with shoppers and tourists.
Good atmosphere, friendly staff and the standard menu.
Choice of drinks average, also real ales.
Nice change from the (admittedly more beautiful) "Paxton's Head" around the corner. -

This place is very much a REAL ITALIAN restaurant.
My wife - called Teresa - always has to go there, when we are in the area. I like the food there - she loves it.
I really love and hate the atmosphere in there. The mixture of being hectic and relaxed at the same time is very Italian. They do have the real - sometimes rough - charme of some real Italians. The waiters shouted at each other and then sing romantically!
Mind you, it’s nearly always busy - so don’t come at the peak time. -

This pub is really IN Harrods. You have to enter the building from the back (if you don’t fancy shopping there), entrance No.2.
Inside, some stairs lead you down to a proper pub. A great idea for couples - one goes shopping, one “rests”. The interior is comfortable and pubby, though not overdone.
The (foreign) service was polite, friendly but not well informed.
When I asked for a Campari and orange, one barman asked the other, “have we that?”. I could help pointing at the bottle behind him. Then he couldn’t find out the price. More than 10 minutes later he brought the bill (quite high) to the table.
They have a proper selection of drinks (if they can find them) including some real ales.
Also the food looked nice (including the price).
There is a “luxury washroom for men but surprisingly NONE for ladies. They have to go two floors up in the store.
Anyway, we liked it. (My wife was bit “disturbed” because of the lacking loo!)
