Best hair salon in Hartlepool by far. I was reccomended this place by a friend when I wanted a restyle and my hair looks great (now!) They don’t rush you and allow you to have a good chat about what you want. All staff friendly, a nice atmosphere in the salon and excellent work. Check the heads of clients leaving, all go away happy. Fully reccomend

A nice selection of yummy chocolates. Good for pressies and have a nice range for kids, get your choccies personalised and for halloween and easter. In this shop the staff are really friendly and efficient.

More than just a local butchers, this shop is set out like a little supermarket. while not for the veggies among us sells a lot more than just meat. There are fresh baked goods, including delicious cakes and a well stocked deli with cheeses, cooked meats etc. You can buy large packs at cheap pprices or just exactly what you need from the counters. A good find.

Matalan is a department store that competes chiefly on price. This one sells ladies, mens and kids clothes, undies and nightwear. There is a small selection of toys and books.

Better, I thought was the christmas decorations, nice and a good price and the homewares. Unusual pictures, canvases, mirrors, vases, ornaments and so on that were excellent value and could have come from a much pricier shop.

Toys r us id a convenient toy shop located onTeeside Park retial park. There is a lot of free parking. Essentially a warehouse filled with a huge selection of toys and baby stuff. Prices are keen and there are always a lot of special offers and reductions, meaning that overall products offer good value for money.

However, its happened to me a couple of times that I’ve been charged more at the till than the price shown, or I’ve been chaged for an item on a buy 2 get 1 free offer. Staff are generally in short supply and unhelpful.

Family orientated restaurant. The kids meals offer good value. They get a drink, including a choice of “cocktail” such as dinolicious apple and blackcurrant over crushed ice. For mains there are pasta including spag bol and pizza, or burger and fries. Also order a free side of veg or salad. The goody bag is decent with a toy, puzzle book and pencils to occupy them,

Adult mains are pizza, pasta, burgers, salads around 10 pounds for a main course. They are fine rather than spectacular. There is a nice atmosphere with 50s music and theming. Staff here are very prompt and friendly, nothing is too much bother.

An excellent selection of books and magazines, some hard to find in smaller shops. Some good offers on Chart books and CDs. The shop is well positioned and offers ample free parking.

There is also a coffee shop upstairs which is nice when browsing.

Well positioned, in Teeside Park retail park near to the Showcase cinema. The bowling alley is always busy so its good to book ahead. There is a good booking system online. Currently they have a range of offers available. We usually go for the “sunday morning kids bowl free” one.

Note the drinks are fine but the food is pretty disgusting. I would wait till I got out, also don’t book another activity straight after as sometimes there is a wait for alleys.

Situated in Teeside Retail park there is plenty of free parking. There is a great selection of films showing on the 20 screens. The seats are very comfortable and there are the usual snacks available.

Conveniently placed garage. The staff are friendly and the shop has a decent range of stock and is reasonably priced.
