I took photos for the Indian restaurant and tried the food. They were freshly cooked and hot (I don't eat spice food, but my wife like them). The owner would like to do his best to serve every customers. I was told the restaurant is one or two oldest Indian Restaurants in Edinburgh. On the website (www.bayofbengaledinburgh.com) it says that Bay of Bengal Indian Restaurant is often known as the best restaurant in Edinburgh for serving top quality food since 1978.
